#C188 - Off Spec - Size 28 Go Stones and Go Bowls Set - Size L Chestnut - Slate & Off-Spec Clamshell

This set was refurbished in our Colorado workshop.

The chestnut bowls are a pleasant brown color. They were scrubbed clean and then were treated with a Monkey Wax polish. They are size L and fit the size 28 nicely. One bowl has a small defect at the rim. Both lids have a small knot, as does one of the bowls. Please see the photos for measurements.

The white stones are off-spec Mexican clams, which means that many of the pieces have a tiny defect of one kind or another. There are 180 pieces of each color, plus an extra 5 white pieces so that you can set aside your least favorites to keep as spares. The white measure 7.0-7.3mm, and are mostly Utility grade. The black measure slightly thicker at 7.3mm-7.8mm.
