This set of 4 handsome legs will raise a goban to a comfortable height for seated play, turning a table board into a floor board (provided that your board has the requisite mortises).
While any four legs can hold up a board, these high-quality Kaya legs are hand-carved masterpieces. Each has the unique kuchinashi (gardenia) shape, with the flourish of raised shoulders in the central portion. They have a beautiful caramel color and carry the distinct sweet scent of Kaya.
These are vintage items, but they are Like New as they were never used. They still have their original wax coating - this white residue will clear up easily by brushing with a clean cotton cloth.
Each leg stands 11.3cm tall (14.2cm including the tenon) and 8.6cm wide. The square tenons are roughly 2.9cm-3cm on each side.
