#C373 - Size 28/31 Go Stones and Go Bowls Set - Slate & Shell - Chestnut

This wonderful set of go equipment was refurbished in our Colorado workshop.

The 180 white stones are size 28 Mexican clamshell. They have been cleaned per our Care Instructions :  washed, soaked in h2o2 for a week, and rinsed with distilled water. As you can see from the photos, the pieces are a mix of grades, mostly Utility. 

The 181 black pieces are slate, slightly larger than the white to account for black's slimming effect. They were washed and rinsed with distilled water, but they have not been buffed with mineral oil so we leave that option to you.

The bowls are Kuri (chestnut), a dark wood with dramatic lines. They fit the stones snugly. They have been refurbished as well - they were scrubbed clean and treated with Monkey Butter, and one cracked lid was replaced.
