Happy 2021, y'all. I've already had to cross out 2020 on several forms, whoopsy~ 

With the Covid-19 vaccine roll-outs, I'm more excited than ever that we might be playing in person someday soon!

Making Paste Wax

I sourced all-natural ingredients and spent a weekend making my own finishing wax for go equipment. I did my best to make a video of the process, so feel free to listen to my dulcet tones for 90 minutes as I talk about go equipment and how to care for it.

If you're interested in seeing what is coming as I unbox it, subscribe to our YouTube Channel. You'll be able to see what's coming as I open it, ask questions in the comments, and so on. Because it takes up to 3 months for the equipment to arrive from Japan, I am just as surprised as you are to see what comes out of the box!

I have two unboxing videos coming soon. This is my first foray into movie-making so I apologize for the amateurish quality. I absolutely filmed my first video vertically. Sorry.

Sourcing

I was less active in hunting Vintage gear this month. Things slowed down a lot after everyone had their Christmas presents in hand. But I'm still adding new products about once a week and running Sale prices on many sets. Coming soon:

Refurbishing

Another handful of sets arrived in Colorado, so I'll be cleaning up some more bowls and stones this January. I've continued to revise my Care Instructions as I learn more. This month we'll learn about stripping varnish!
