This lovely set includes refurbished Go Bowls and refurbished slate and shell Go Stones. 

The stones are just slightly larger than size 30, about 8.5mm thick. They have been cleaned per our Care Instructions. The 180 white stones are Mexican clamshell, and they enjoyed a weeklong bath in hydrogen peroxide. The 181 black stones are slate - slightly larger than the white to account for black's slimming effect - they were washed and rinsed with distilled water. 

The bowls are chestnut, and come with their original box. They are beautifully crafted, with a tall round shape, delicately light but still sturdy. We brushed them lightly to clear the original finish and then treated them with our homemade Monkey Butter. At XL size they fit the stones snugly.
