If you want to play Rated games, you need a way to keep the time.
Time settings are saved when the clock is turned off. Tournament Directors can also pause the clock to make changes to each individual players time if needed.
A low-power mode as well as a low-battery indicator help avoid issues by identifying power problems before a dead clock turns into a tournament dispute.
A robust and easy-to-read English instruction manual makes it easy to set up and maintain the clock.
A large display makes it easy to read. Rubber feet prevent slipping, and the underside provides a quick setting guide. An ergonomic design makes it pleasing to handle.
An indicator light signals the active player's turn.
The plunger motion is pleasing to hit at the end of your turn.
Controls for sound settings will help players know when their time is almost up, or players can keep the clock silent to preserve a quiet atmosphere (Voice-read for byo-yomi is the traditional Count-Up style, indicating the amount of the period elapsed).
The clock comes with 49 different time settings, so you can use it for any board game you can think of.
Default time settings are provided for the following modes (each of which can be adjusted):
- Byo-yomi - 6 options
- Canadian byo-yomi - 2 options
