This board came to Baduk Club from a second-hand store in Kumamoto Prefecture. It is 4.7cm thick, with 11cm legs (total height 14cm). It weighs 5kg, which is rather dense and points towards honkei (kaya), as does the original sticker price of $270 that is visible on the side (27,000 yen).
It looks like a hagi board of 2 pieces, with the larger piece being a center cut (kiomote) showing the center of the tree on the end-grain. The nice thing about a board this thickness is that the legs can be removed and you can use it as a table board as well. The nice thing about being made of multiple pieces is that it will not be as prone to warping over time.
The board has been cleaned, but some tape residue remains on the underside - gently brush that with turpentine or isopropyl alcohol to loosen the adhesive and it should come right off. A stain near the edge of the surface may be part of the grain of the wood, it is hard to tell.
The edges corners and legs all look good for a used board.
