These Large-size bowls come with Japanese hamaguri stones. These slow-growing clams have lines so dense that they are beyond the Snow grade of Mexican clams.
The bowls are a pleasant dark brown color. They were refurbished in our Colorado workshop: scrubbed clean with ultra-fine steel wool, then treated with a Monkey Butter polish. The bowls fit the stones snugly. They come with an original cardboard box.
The 180 white stones are Japanese clams. There is a hint of orange color on the underside of each. The 181 black stones are slate, slightly larger to account for black's slimming effect.
