This lovely set includes Japanese Go Bowls and refurbished slate and shell Go Stones.

The stones are size 33 slate & shell. They have been cleaned per our Care Instructions.

The white stones are Snow-grade Mexican clamshell. They were soaked in h2o2 for 1 week, washed with distilled water, and buffed with iso-paraffin wax. 

The 181 slate stones are slightly wider, to account for black's slimming effect. They have been washed and rinsed with distilled water. They have not been buffed with mineral oil, we leave this option to you.

The bowls are Keyaki (Zelkova) with a pleasing orange-brown tone. They were buffed of their original finish and treated with Monkey Butter. At XL size they fit the stones snugly.
