This lovely set includes refurbished Go Stones and Go Bowls.
The 180 white pieces are clamshell with a mix of grades, with a Moon average. They have been refurbished in our Colorado workshop: they were soaked in hydrogen peroxide for a week & washed with distilled water.
The 181 slate stones are slightly larger, to account for black's slimming effect. They have been washed with soapy water & rinsed with distilled water - they have not been buffed with mineral oil, we leave that choice to you.
The bowls have nice parallel lines, and are likely Cypress or something similar like Birch or Urushi. They have been scrubbed of their original finish, treated with Monkey Butter, and buffed clean. At XL size, they fit the stones neatly.
