This awesome go set came to Baduk Club from an antique dealer in Kyoto, Japan.
The go bowls are extra large Kaya. Kaya is a great wood for go bowls as it is dense and durable. They bowls are in excellent condition with their original finish.
The go stones are size 36 slate and shell (about 10.3mm thick). There is a full set of 181 black and 180 white, plus 2 white spares and 1 black spare.
Because this set is still in Japan, it has not been refurbished in our Colorado workshop so we can offer it at a discount.
