This awesome go set came to BadukClub from a private home in Mie, Japan.
The go bowls are extra large Keyaki (zelkova). This is the most standard wood for good go bowls, as it is midweight and sturdy. They come with matching lids and they fit the stones comfortably.
The go stones are size 35 slate and shell (almost 10mm thick). The white stones have nice lines and are likely moon or snow grade.
Because this set is still in Japan, it has not been refurbished in our Colorado workshop. It looks like a full set, but we cannot be sure so we are offering it with discount.
