This product is a Pre-Order for a refurbished vintage Go Game set from Japan. It will include 2 matching bowls with lids and a complete set of stones (181 black and 180 white). A board is not included. Photos here show some sample sets that we have refurbished in the past and you will receive something similar to these.
If you have your heart set on a certain type of wood, or a certain thickness or grade of stones, then a Pre-Order is not for you. You can wait for something to appear on the shop, or contact us with your specific needs so that we can provide a quote.
This option is available to save you money by saving ourselves some time, and you can read more about that on our Blog. We will pack and ship the next set we have which fits your specifications (please use the drop-down menu to select the Materials you prefer).
Stones will be a consistent thickness within a set (all of our stones are ~21.5mm wide to fit standard go boards). You can select the thickness that you prefer from the drop-down menu with these options:
- Resin - Resin Stones & Resin Bowls (thickness varies)
- Glass - Glass Stones & Wooden Bowls (thickness varies)
- Thin - Slate & Shell Stones (up to ~7mm) with Wooden Bowls
- Medium - Slate & Shell Stones (up to ~9mm) with Wooden Bowls
- Thick - Slate & Shell Stones (up to ~11mm) with Wooden Bowls
